**When a grant from a lender is used, a minimum borrower contribution of 3% must be made from either the borrower’s funds or another acceptable source.
Requirements to Qualify for this program
- You must be a first-time homebuyer with no ownership interest in any other properties
- The home must be the homebuyer’s primary residence – no second home or investment properties allowed
